Not really. Its big and not very maneuverable. What do you want out of a bomber?

All planes have their weaknesses, for example the B-25H isn't very maneuverable so it's really not that smart to try and dog fight it.  The rear gunner position is also very easy to take out, if you're being attacked from the dead six position, it is very important that you shoot the attacker down as quickly as you can before he gets in too close or he'll take out the rear turret.

It also doesn't have a bomb sight, so you really have to know where to aim for bomb drops.  Also, since the elevators and/or wings will rip off if you try and pull more than 3Gs in a fast dive, it's best to use shallow dive bombing techniques if you plan on using it as a bomber.  Even though its got waist guns, visibility is rather limited in these areas, best to use the top turret to engage bandits attacking from the port or starboard side.

Yeah...keep it under 250miles per hour in general.  I probably won't pull all the way back on the stick at much more than 200mph, but flying around at 250 allows you a decent number of options if you see an enemy plane etc.  It's faster to do a snap spin (stick all the way back + full aileron) and roll inverted into a dive than it is to just nose down as you might in a fighter.  And on the topic of spins, they're VERY handy in the B-25.  You can easily cause planes to overshoot by doing that (but it is very risky), and you can also descend at about 15000feet/minute at a constant speed of ~150mph if you stay in the spin.

Oh and be careful of GVs - if you approach from the wrong direction and at too shallow an angle, tanks can quite easily hit you with their main gun.  Also, Wirblewinds and Ostis are horrible...making a guns run on one if he's already seen you and has half-decent aim is not a recipe for success.  M3s, M16s and Jeeps are unbelievably vulnerable to your 75mm.
Afk for a year or so.  The name of a gun turret in game.  Falanx, huh?
Apparently I'm in the 20th FG 'Loco Busters', or so the legend goes.
