My default map keys (text, zoom, et al). were not working for my new HP Win7 64 computer. I had read a thread about a bluetooth control causing issues, but the computer doesn't have one.
Looking for something that I haven't had before, I discovered a TV tuner. After disabling the TV tuner the key mappings are working again.
I thought this might be helpful to someone else.
