BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I have read many posts in this forum about this problem. To let you know I have managed to locate the minidump files and downloaded Microsoft Debugging tools but I am having trouble reading the files. When I attempt to access the files I get an "Acces is Denied" report. I am logged in as Administrator and I am running Windows Vista.

I have a new update on my nVIDIA 8600 GT also I have downloaded the latest Windows updates. I am running on an 32-bit system and have never really had this problem become this regular/frequent. It usually would occur once or twice every three months now it has turned into every 10-30 mins. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks perdweeb

The most common cause of this error is attempting to install Vista in a computer with more than 3 gigs of RAM.   Removing enough memory to get below 3 gigs, will usually fix this (if the former is the problem).

I read that article...no help. I'm not installing Vista. It is obviously already installed. Also, my drivers could be the problem but like I said, there is no way for me to check the mini dump files. I cannot get that program to work. That program being windgb.exe

No article needed from me.   It is either a bad RAM Stick or IRQ Driver.
