Some people just shouldnt be allowed to own pets!

Too true man, and unfortunately lots of them do.  It's always the pets that end up having to pay the price too.

Unbelievably irresponsible of him to just let his dog roam the neighborhood too.  Just absolutely crazy and dangerous and unhealthy and uncaring to boot.  Guy like that should have  his bellybutton removed.  It's so sad too because even if you don't have a natural affinity for the dogs, the information on how to raise them properly and how to relate to them and read their body language is all out there and easy to find.  Why would you have a dog and just not know or care how to raise and care for it.  You'd be better off just to not have one, and you'd save a bunch of money too.  Such a shame.

But then, there are good dog owners out there too.  This very thread has fed my optimism, thanks Morfiend!

I just inhereted a 3 year Black Pure breed German shepard.  He is a great dog so far only had him for 2 days, but he has more toys chew things, and things like that than his former owners ever gave him, with all of those he carries a stick around, and chews it.  But he will fetch, over and over ,and over.  HE is farely well behaved but I am working on him.  Congrats on the new puppy.  I hope you enjoy him as much as I am enjoying my new dog.

Had a new little girl fall into our laps this past week.  We've got two older pit bulls already, but one has a terminal illness, so we thought it might be a good idea to go ahead and get this pup, so that the oldest isn't impacted too hard when Chico does die.  She's a sweet little girl.

Crappy camera phone pics I know, sorry about the quality.  I need to get a real digital camera.

Also, please no negative pit bull comments, there's been plenty of that ignorance spread around already.  I'm a competent, dedicated and responsible dog owner and I raise calm balanced and behaved dogs.

Thanks for looking.

awwwwwwww...she looks like she could be stuka's sister! she is adorable madda! glad she has a good home.

as far as negative comments, you will get them, some people are just automatically idiots. i luv my 2 pits, stuka and tank are the coolest dogs ever and love people. i agree with you when u say its how u raise them. dont blame the breed blame the owner, if the owner is an idiot, then the dog will be a very reflection of that.

keep postin pics of her so we can watch her grow up! i will take some more pics of stuka and tank soon so yall can see them.... :salute

Cute pup Maddafinga. Looks like she loves her puppy. Here a snap of my little boy and his Mini Pincher ( who has a terrible case of Napoleonic Syndrome ) !!   Darn dog thinks he weighs 100 lbs.  :lol     Mean as all get out to anyone but family and very protective of my son.

Have a good friend who raises Minpins, some of the toughest 8 pounders I've ever met! :rofl :rofl

Your so right they do think they're 100lbers,but can be the sweetest family pets.Afterall their job was to kill rats, some almost as big as they are....takes quite a dog to do that.
