Looking for a Squadron
« on: January 03, 2010, 10:07:35 AM »
I am a Warbirds guy (blasphemy). I have only been playing online flight sims (Warbirds) for 3 months, but I do get an occassional kill. I have played AH on and off since then, and am starting to see that this game has many many more features than WB, so I am making the switch.

So I am not a total noob. I know how to takeoff, land, use the rudder occassionally, and fire guns  Anyways, I am looking for a squad that is willing to train, and plays alot. More importantly, has the patience to deal with a relative newcomer to flight sims and AH.  I am a husband and father and hold a steady job. So please, no inmature squad filled with 15 year olds. I am a big fan of the P51, Spitfire VIII and also like to fly Buffs.

Thanks in advance.

If you like buffs and have lots of patience...I mean lots, I suggest flying with the 91st for a bit. They specialize in close knit formations and are a great group of guys who love the B17.

We fly B17's as our core aircraft on squad night. Other times, we fly/drive & die in just about anything else for fun. Check us out.

I'd settle for a Rook squad that has a good number of ACTIVE members.  I like to work together anytime I fly, and that's best with squaddies.    Of course, I also like to see squad night(s) with an expectation of participation from the squad, so we have the best numbers on those nights.

Any squads out there that has these qualities?
