Does anyone know anything about this paint scheme. I have looked all over and I can find only this picture. Also this is a request for someone to skin this.

Unfortunately it is an LA5-F and our's is an LA5-FN.  Notice it does not have a "bubble" canopy.  IIRC it has been disallowed on out LA5.

Ah... I have been looking at that picture for a while now and didn't even notice the no bubble canopy. That's too bad its awesome looking.
