Bug at A7 "Radar Disabled"

Last night in LW Orange, the radar was "advertised" as disabled but it wasn't.  I resupped the base and got O for my effort, even though the radar was still "disabled.  DAR ring was white.  Bug?

It is critical and most helpful, not to mention make it easier for HTC to find and verify, any bug on a map with the exact and correct map name.
Main arena map names are located in the upper right portion of the map.

The map is Montis.  The bug at A4 (not A7) appeared to be fixed last night. Thanks
