If u don't fly when all people sleep, then to take something on the ground it needs about 20 pilots.
Is it possible to have something to fight and to take between one and twenty? 
Fly Mid War... 4 or 5 pilots take bases all the time. And I was unaware the M16 didnt show up as a FLAK. I thought it did.
Oops.
But if we are talking more strategic types of targets... like RR yards, Major bridges, ship convoys... I am all for that. It would be nice to be able to attack shipping (no... not the amphibious tug boats and barges) without having to go up against an entire battle group. A few liberty ships, tankers, with 1 or 2 DE escorts would be awesome.
