The M-3 Stuart and the Panzer III are to give us early war tank set that close of a match for each other. I mean I like to have powerfull tanks in the game too, but we also got to balance it out with average tanks. That's why I mentioned them.

This is exactly my thoughts too.  Balance it out.  The gv game needs more armor with speed.  The M18 would be perfect for this.  Also, the early war M3 Stuart and Pzr III would be good additions.  Im not up on my German armor time table, but when did the Pzr Mk III get upgraded to the bigger gun (50cm).  It would have a superior gun and armor than that of the M8 Greyhound, but less speed (still 25mph?).

IIRC the 50mm variants started rolling off the production lines as early as late '40, but the older 37mm armed variants were still in the field well after Barbarossa.  Most of those were upgraded by mid '42 (again, IIRC).

If we had this tank, it would be close to being perked, but the horrible aromer would let it down. Still, you would always have to be on the look for a 55 mph 76mm :devil
60 mph cough cough

The M3 Stuart and Pnzr III  really under strength to go up against even a regular M4 with its under powered 75mm. toss a Stug IV or the StuH with its heavy HE cannon to fight if you want a new armored piece that wasnt a TD... M18 M10 all the way though

The M-3 and the Panzer III are to fill in the gap between the early war and late war. And besides its not that great to have nothing but over powered tanks, you need to balance it out.

Well that's why for the mentally challenged we make them some pictures of the tactics with words on top and maybe some smiley faces to make them feel good. And sure enough, people will learn it jay.
