first I thought it was some looser upset abot being Modded and playing games.
A google search of their Email seems to suggest a spambot.
I thought these things only hot chat rooms. first time I've ever seen one in a forum.

I agree on in game ID to post. Maybe make most of the forums members only with one or two boards open for public access for potential new players who do not yet have an account.

The only problem is there are quite a few users who no longer play that also frequent the boards. Maybe grandfather them in somehow

Spammers are a fact of life.  No sense in giving them the satisfaction of any more attention than it takes to rid of them from the board.

It is not an everyday occurrence.  How many spammers have been on this board since we switch the forum software?

If this doesn't get HTC to start linking ingame ID to BB ID nothing will. Limit non subbed to specific forums.
If that were the case those that temporarily close accounts for part of the year when they don't have time or funds for AH are outta luck.

I was going to say, how many people that post anything on this BBS actually play AH or at one point have played?
