You've been sitting on this for damn near a year?!?!? Dammit sir!!!! 
OK, this is the math of how it works. I get 4-6 babe submissions every day, 7 days a week. Out of those, any that are "possibles" get saved to HDD and every Wednesday I scroll down the list and pick one to post. Now some days we'll get 4 possibles, some we'll get none. It's quality that is paramount though, a picture has to be of good photographic quality for a start, no small pics, nothing grainy, etc, the babe in question needs to have something spectacular about her and the actual photo needs to be just racey enough to appeal but not sexual enough to offend anyone easily offended and, of course, the BBS rules need to be abided to. I've said it once and I'm sure I'll say it again but the point here is not to see how close to the line I can get but to purposefully stay within it, hence Skuzzy letting me get away with this every week. In the past I've even considered sending Skuzzy the prospective babe pic in advance just in case it's too close to the line but then I figure if I even need to ask then the answer is probably going to be a no. That and I'd probably put Skuzzy off work for the rest of the day.
There are a large number of prospective Wednesday Babe pics that get rejected every month for this reason alone, you guys have missed out on some absolutely awesome looking women purely cos I know that someone (with a halo apparently) will complain to Skuzzy about a girl wearing no bra even if she is facing away from the camera.
However, the Wesnesday Babe repository does seem to have grown quite large over the last couple of years but then Murphy's law dictates that if I posted a huge "this is what I've been sitting on" post and clear out the back log I won't get another decent submission for 6 months and we'll run out.
And if I ever run out of Wednesday Babes.....well for a start there'll be a riot and secondly, Satan will be skiing to work.
