Where is that located in the program?
Go to Start>Maintenance>Backup and Restore. Look in the left pane of the resulting dialogue box to create a system image.

Question, when you do the system image, your transferring everything to the new drive at that time, right?

Yep. Once you boot from the image placed on the new drive everything will be/look the same as it did on the old drive.

One more detail - read the help files for more info - after creating the image you'll have to boot from the Win 7 disk (as if you were installing the os) in order to recover the image. Like I said - read the docs or google for more.
