Im not sure but "it saw combat" is like "it shoot down 1 plane" or "it was shoot down by" not "he was close to another enemy plane" cuz thats not combat so the criteria don't match what is needed to add a plane.

Saw combat, as in fired its guns in anger and/or was fired upon in anger.  The Meteor meets both of those qualifications.  It doesn't matter if it was AA guns on the ground or aircraft in the air.  I assure you, the Germans didn't just let it shoot things up without shooting back when it was doing ground attacks.

The Meteor is valid for consideration.  That said, it should also be VERY low priority.
