I'm having a very strange issue while trying to install Pinnacle Studio 14. I've downloaded it successfully with no problem, went to install it, it asked for the serial number of the old version of Pinnacle Studio I have (Studio 12), type in the serial code, and then it asks me to insert Studio 14 CD. The problem is I downloaded it off the internet off their website, so there is no CD. I had also downloaded Studio 12 the same way and it never asked for a CD. Why would it ask for a CD I don't have?
I decided to try the serial code for Studio 14 thinking maybe it ment that code, but it says "The serial number you entered is invaild"
I went to their forum to create an account and ask them this question, but I have yet to recieve a confirmation email to acitave the account so I can post my question (I've been waiting 30 minutes for this email now). I thought I typed my email in wrong and went to make another account, but it says the email was already used.
I'm now very confused
EDIT: Nevermind, I guess 7th times the charm. It didn't ask for a CD this time. Now I'm even more confused than ever, but as long as it works then I don't mind
