May help recruitment if you include some details about what type of squad you had in mind. Things like a name, whether the squad is historically based and flying certain aircraft.  Are you looking for furball types, base takers, or a mix of the two? The more the better.

What Soulyss said. In the AH squad recruitment market, supply (squads currently recruiting) far exceeds demand (pilots looking). You'll need to capture a segment of the potential recruit market, be specific.
