Basically, what MS is telling you to do is to use the OPK to 'partially install' windows onto a client's computer (the person you would be reselling the computer to). You can also (if you know what you're doing) install any custom software you'd want to put on their computer at this time as well. Then, once you sell the computer.. they just turn it on, type in the OEM #, and are good to go. The disk you purchased would typically be given to them to use for a reinstall should it ever be needed.
NOW, being that you're not reselling the computer (although you're technically supposed to being you bought the OEM version), you don't have to worry about all that.. just install and go like Ghastly said.
