Im always leary of anything that requires the contract..

if the service is good, you shouldn't have to be FORCED to keep it.

The cancellation fee protects them from a loss when doing the install. They had to send out two different teams to install the service for me.  If I canceled my service before they can recover that cost through my subscription they end up losing money.  The cancellation fee protects them from that loss and is quite understandable.


As for reliable service I'll keep an eye on it, so far no problems as of yet....  I loved downloading the new HTC patch in a few seconds...

Now as for cable having to share my bandwidth with others kind of reminds me of socialism, just seems wrong you know... or maybe I've spent to much time in Texas.
