Telemark?
Indeed.

A representative of the SIS steps forward, pulls down a map of Norway, and begins to speak.
"Gentlemen, as we have known for some time, there is a heavy-water facility in Telemark. Here." He points to the facility in 12.13. "Based upon intellegence gathered about its operation, it has previously not appeared to be a target of priority."
"However --" He pauses and scans the audience. "Four weeks ago, members of the Norwegian resistance succeeded in tracking a heavily guarded convoy from the facility. They found, at the terminus of the convoy's route, a secret munitions factory previously unknown to us, here." He points to the factory in 15.15.
"Since that time, we have made it a top priority to uncover more information regarding this factory. Such information has been sparingly forthcoming at best. The Germans have been extremely careful in this regard. The most that we have uncovered are rumors that the special munitions are capable of changing the course of the war."
"Then, two weeks ago, we separately uncovered plans and the timetable for moving a shipment of V1's north on the Goeben, along with rumors that these V1's are scheduled shortly after arrival for installation of special warheads."
He pauses and scans the audience again.
"Gentlemen, we do not have firm information to go on. But we do believe that the V1's are to be armed with warheads from the special-munitions plant and that it is now vital to put both the heavy-water facility and this newly discovered special-munitions factory on the priority list of targets. Also, for obvious reasons, we believe that it is quite important to disrupt the shipment of those V1's."
