I see you've "rolled back" your video driver;
Try downloading an older driver from nvidia's archived drivers.
I'd try this one as it's an older driver: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_181.22_whql.html
Before installing this driver, uninstall your current driver and then restart PC.
Install new driver, then restart PC again.\


I am guessing you have a corrupt video driver.

I'll try that one then. I googled instructions onhow to completely remove old driver files but it was an old post. Do you by chance have a link for a recent way of doing it?

The best way is from the Device Manager. Right-Click My Computer, go to Properties, click the Hardware tab, click the Device Manager button. Find your video chip/video card entry and double-click it. Click on the Driver tab. Click the uninstall driver button.
