Alternatively you can check a box in the hangar screen in game to auto download the skins.  It will take awhile and you can't select which order they come in.  Last time I needed to reinstall the game I just turned it on and went to bed. :)

If your looking for the WWI skins that have been made recently you will have to wait til HTC approves them. Can't wait, some very nice work by all.
