Need puffy white clouds in WWI

Fun darting in and out.  Playing hide and seek. Put them about 2-3k.  That would encourage at least some of the fight to spread out in altitude.  Some people would enjoy playing up there.

need to reduce icon range when in the clouds to about D500 too.
