Since the last patch...

I am now unable to log into any online arenas.  Every time I open one of the arenas, the screen blackens, then turns white, and I get the "aceshigh.exe has encountered a problem" message.  This is with every arena, and has only happened since I downloaded the new patch.  I have made no other changes.  Any ideas?

I'm also unable to fly offline...This flat out sucks :/

Make sure you downloaded correctly for your OS. Get everything back to the basics and start over. Get rid of your custom sounds and skins so they are default.
Set your graphics at the log in screen to the very lowest settings. If you can't get in, come back here and we'll try some more.

I used the auto downloader when logging into AH.  Tried all of above and got the same results:  "aceshigh.exe has encountered a problem and must shut down blah blah blah blah blah."

You had this same thing happen last month. Did you roll back the video driver for that old vid card you're using?

If your hardware hasn't changed and that DxDiag I saw is still the same you need to cut all your graphics to the bone!

Last month it only occured once or twice WHILE I was in sortie.  Now it is occurring anytime I select an arena.  And the withdrawals of WW1 are really kicking in...

Sounds like something interferred with the update.  Anti-virus?  Anti-spyware? Security software?

At any rate, download the entire game, install it.  If problems still persist, rename the "Aces High" folder on the drive, and install the game again.
