Custom Skins not showing in hanger

It seems after the latest update, all my custom skins are not shown in the hanger, the only one from the list, is default? it was working fine last night and I have not changed anything since?

I have been having this problem since I started working on building custom skins since the release of 2.18.

I thought it might have to do with using the skin viewer or something similar. The easiest workaround for me was to simply log out and back in again. Every time I've done that, all the skins reappear in the hanger.
