Ground Vehicle models vs ground objects

 :O

1>   When might we stop GVs from flopping around like "fish out of water" when you hit a bush or tree or ground object at slow speed? Can we make it more realistic based on the physical characteristics of the ground object you hit, vehicle, and the speed? There are cases a TANK or any vehicle might flip but Aces High is not very realistic on the physics of these collisions.

2>   A T-34 or any vehicle should not be able to roll down a steep mountain side and fall over 5000 ft and survive!?! Again the GV models need to reflect more realistic physical characteristics. I rolled over and over like a falling boulder down the mountain side of A10 (4.5K base) and hit the floor at A10 alive and well in a T-34 with engine running. Not very realistic, T34 should have been a crushed can and me dead

Bottom line it would be nice to see GV models be more realistic like the aircraft models. GVs are great and provide a good break from flying and more complex mission capability and squad missions. They provide a great value to Aces High II :airplane: :D.

Hope others feel the same way? Talk it up  :x :aok

Fact is Ah2 is not ready as a complete ground vehicle sim.

My ammo last for 6 Lancasters, or one Yak3.

It would nice if the hills were put back. Why talk about falling off a hill though, the stupidest things in this game right now are the trees. Trees don't survive a chance against a tank, but yet you flip upside down anyway. To me, I just want the regular old trees that were in here before the patch ruined the game. So my point is when you touch a tree, it should either disappear or fall over.

It's a collision model issue.

To properly collide with a tree you need to be going about 180mph or more.

would much rather see if a tank is hiding behind a tree after a couple sabo rounds the trees blow up to leave the tank in the open to blow it up after the 3rd sabo round. or if a tank is behind a hedgerow it also gets blown up if it hiding. and also the tank or any gv for that matter. flip over or come to a complete stop if it hit a sheep. bbaaaee kill the sheep if you run it over.lol

They could put Grey boulders or tank traps XXXXX here & there if they really want to flip people who are hauling A... and not watching where they're going. A rounded bolder would give you a chance to back-off. I always thought being flipped over at 5mph by a bush was a bit stupid. IMO
