Smile When You Eat That, Pilgrim!

We're breaking out the big guns this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway!

The smoker belongs an employee of my Brother In-Law. It has some pretty cool features. The sight is the damper and the hammer opens the smoker chamber lid. He says it cooks "killer" ribs!

BTW, any of you guys going to the race are invited to stop by for a cold one! We will be on the back row at Finish Line Campgrounds.
