switchable sound speakers/headset?
« on: April 20, 2010, 08:00:31 PM »
My Medusa 5.1 has no more vox.  It's not the mic and speedlink wants me to just buy another.  My problem is that I want to switch between my sound system and the headset like my current system does with a switch able base unit.  Correct me if I'm wrong but just getting a usb headset leaves me with no convenient way of switching back and forth.

Ideas?

You might want to also post this is the Hardware/Software forum, might find more help there.

A bit more activity here....  I can't be the only guy who wants to use both speakers and a headset.

I would just put a shortcut on the desktop to "Sounds and Audio Devices" and you'll be able to switch back and forth pretty easily.
