We call it cornhole up here. Lots of fun, but I still prefer throwing shoes.

I bought the Bago version of Cornhole a few years ago, we bring it camping each year and have a huge tournament with others that bring the game with them as well...... yes, beer goes well with this game.

I've heard it called both here.  Bags is more popular that Cornhole, though.

It’s always been called corn hole here in NW Ohio. Probably because most of the bags are filled with corn. Feedcorn usually. Our set originally had bags filled with unpopped popcorn… But one was ripped open to make snacks.

If you doubt the popularity of the name, just type “Cornhole” in ebay and hit search. Almost 4000 results.

My password at work had to contain exactly 8 characters… I chose Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Is it any wonder that so many English words and phrases have so many different meanings, some not even close to what might be expected?
