Fav. band from the past year would be "the Heavy".

You know one of their songs as it is on a KIA commercial 50x a day.

(the giant stuffed animals one)

The are the only band that played a gig on Letterman that Dave asked 'em to do an encore.

(edit: watching their live performances on YouTube and as of yet to see 'em NOT rock it hard.  Great test of a band is how they sound live and this band is GREAT live)
