2.19 Patch 4 is now available.
We've switched back sound and voice again with this patch as we're still seeing some people with issues with this and we don't know why it works perfectly fine for some but not others.

Switched the sound system again as some systems are still seeing problems with the new sound system.
Fixed a bug that caused larger icon font sizes to be unavailable on some systems. If you had this problem, you may need to go back into your GUI preferences and set it again.
Fixed a bug in vehicles that could cause the wind sound to play after minimizing the game.
Fixed a bug that caused mouse jitters in the opening menu.
Fixed a bug that would cause the clipboard buttons to be unselectable after minimizing from the opening screen.
