Being to yourself about SOME things (c'mon were kids, we don't know anything

)
Playing honorably (I.E. avoid the H.O., avoid collisions)
Acting honorably (be nice to fellow country men, hand out check 6's, etc.)
Respecting those who are veterans in the game, or those who do know better then you (75% of the AH population). Respect in this game is the same in real life. Give some, get some (this is what will get you recognized into the more mature young-adult crowd.
Having respect for yourself, and not selling yourself beneath who you are. Your 15, you've come this far in life, play the way you want to and play it with confidence.
Asking questions is never an issue. Most will respond nicely. This is where knowing or being friends with someone who's played a good amount of time would come in handy. The AH Trainers Corps can also be a help.
Picking out the guys you want to be friends with and hang out with in game. Avoid the negative players and stick to those who are fun, respectful and honorable.
I am 15 and have been playing for longer then most of the younger adults in the game. I started when I was 11 (Tour 75) under the callsign 9598. I was a total newb and a squeaker. 4 years later, I am an event organizer, I take leadership in special events (Snapshots, Scenario's, Heavy Metal Sunday etc. I got recognized because I treat others respectfully (for the most part, no one is perfect) and I fly and fight honorably for the most part (again, can never be perfect).
Be yourself within reason and pick up on manners, respect and honor and you'll do fine in this community.
