Problem with the Gamecard GC3 from CH-Products
« on: August 16, 2001, 08:42:00 AM »
Any DOS-Code wizards out there?

Windows refuses to recognise my Gamecard GC3. Error message at startup is: "Gamecard GC3, file or document not found".

Now, a friend of mine set up some DOS routine called "force set 11", but I have no clue how he did it  :(

IMO there is nothing related to DOS here but more a program running under DOS called "Force" with parameters "set 11" ...

check if you don't have a CD/floppy with utilities for the Card ... with a program called force or having force in it's menu.

Hmmm... I have another problem - my TM gamecard is just lying in the box and is doing absolutely nothing at all ;) For some bizarre reason I can't bring myself to just throwing the darn thing out. Curse on whoever invented this fancy USB stuff! :D
