I returned a month before that but..


After seeing the horrid quality of Wellington's restaurant food... I think the guy was on to a good idea there.

Clever. The guy seemed to be polite, and respectful. He might not be a cheap-ass disrespectful leech, just starving to death. If that is the case, I would gladly allow the impoverished to feast on the various finger foods at my passing.

Yeah I wonder if he was just poor and really hard up for food, or if he was just a cheapskate and was doing it to save money on food.
