i hit a 190 a5 3 times i saw 30mm sprite from the 109k4 i was flying he took no damage

Er...not sure how HTC has it modeled but the 37mm in the Yak were AP rounds for anti-armor, pass right through an aircraft like a hot knife in butter. Unless it hit some solid part of the the framework and detonated all it would do is leave a large smoking hole.

And you probably missed this little snippet.



  The yak fires an He round as Ap was rarely if ever used in the Yaks 37 mm gun.

Ah ok, I knew they were given HE for the P-39s didn't know for sure if the Yaks had the same ammo.  :salute

 Actually the Yak and P39 guns only share the same caliber,two different guns and completely different ammo.

 The Yak has the same gun as the IL2,37mm that is,and both HE and AP were available and used.The only thing is the Yaks almost never used the AP rounds,not saying never,just that the Yak's were used for a different purpose and HE was used most commonly.
