Mouse cursor missing in the video settings dialogue.

1. Start Aces High
2. Click "video settings"
<everything works fine>
3. Enter the 3D world (I just used offline practice)
4. Quit to the main menu
5. Select video settings again. Now there is no mouse cursor anymore and no way to select any options unless you TAB through them with the keyboard.
