couple of no-wing bugs

found two bugs when i lost a wing:

F4U- lost left wing, retracted landing gear still showed

Lancaster- was gunning for someone, we lost the right wing, the props on the #3 and 4 engine were still there and spinning


also, i got shot down by a 262, bailed, and when he flew by, it sounded like any old prop plane. something to look at IMO.
