I wouldn't include the HurriIIC there, Gorf.  It turns around like a frisbee and has 4 hispano death rays.

The P-40, P-39, C.202, 109-E4 and my beloved B5N2 get overlooked quite a bit.
"Then out spake brave Horatius, the Captain of the gate:
To every man upon this earth, death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better, than facing fearful odds.
For the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods."

I personally think the most overlooked bird is the White Face Grey Cockatiel.

I gota say, I've never seen a D3A in combat. I've seen EVERY other aircraft (and flown most), but not a D3A.

I've shot down a P-47N in it, fair and square, he didn't auger, I shot his elevators off after he gave up trying to out turn me and tried to extend starting at 150mph and on the deck.
