How about instead of the supply convoy we replace it with a train, and then maybe we could use the roads without threat of being run over!

How would it work, say enemy takes front line base. Does Supply trains from said depot continue to run to this now enemy occupied base? should the newly captured field take an extra amount of time to resupply unless by ground (m3/251) or C47?

Trains could take the cargo to the "drop off point" where the trucks pick them up and run them to the field (where they kill unsuspecting people on take off)

Switch yards could be based around the Zone system on the current maps. Running once and hour or however long it would take. Trucks would run the same time as they currently do thinking that the train would be able to carry more then 1x the load of the trucks, they would need to make more than 1 trip every 10 or 15Min's? (not sure of how long they run now from the depots?)
