I ran the pingplotter and the last destination says destination unreachable.
I saved it as a picture but I'm having trouble placing that picture here. It's not a Jpeg it says it's a PNG image.....
How do I do that?

First of all, you need to understand something about trace routes and Ping Plots. If the last or next to last, hop (IP Address) shows a "destination unreachable" error, then I have to run the trace/plot back to you as the problem is on the return trip back to your computer.
Traces/Ping Plots cannot show the return path for your data packets when the path back is different from the path going tothe server. So, when an error only happens on the return trip of a different path (asynchronous routing) a Ping Plot/Traceroute will show the error on the last, or next to last hop.
