B-25C bug
« on: June 15, 2010, 02:41:39 PM »
Flying with the strafe gun package, lost my main bomber and switched to a drone. Drone did not have all guns firing and when I looked at the damage report, it said the gunner position was damaged, as if I had the glass nose.

IIRC the strafer B-25C still has a top turret gunner that could be damaged

Yes but the damage report said the nose gunner was damaged, and I don't think the strafe gun package has a nose gunner.

Don't forget the B-25 came out with the old damage model. So I suspect that damage to the nose says, "nose gunner" regardless if it's a glass nose or the 4 guns in the straifer package. That's only a guess on my part, but I suspect it will change once the new damage model gets integrated into the WW2 planes.

Baumer, B-25s have one of the newer damage models. I think it's probably an issue like you say, that the gun turret is replaced with the 4-pack of guns, but HTC could probably re-word the item in the damage list.

Krusty, I meant to say that it's not the new WW1 damage model is all. The one aspect I remember, since the change to "All Systems Normal", is that the side gun packs did show up as separate damage items.
