We already have the World War II namesake, since the actual name of the A-10 is the Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II.

I know a HOT Marine who drives it............

But then again, every female military aviator is pretty hot in my book........  Just from a power perspective.

But this girl really is freakin gorgeous!

Marine? i thought Marines don't fly A-10's...............

i sure hope the Army does, but if not, oh well, i can still fly Apaches :rock

Army doesn't really fly planes and I think most A-10s are Air Force.

All A-10s are USAF or USAF Reserve or Air National Guard.

The Army does operate fixed wing aircraft, but they get in pissing matches with the USAF all the time
