Type 97 Chi-Ha
« on: June 29, 2010, 04:15:34 PM »
I find the lack of Japanese tanks in this game a shame. There were tanks made in Japan during the war that saw action.

There is the Type 97 Chi-Ha which was a light tank mass produced by Japan in the first years of the war.

The light tank Type 95 Ha-Go which had a 37mm cannon. If you wanted to kill a goon or an M3 or Panzer, M4, Wirb, whatever.

Special Events would use them and in the MA it would be a nice way to get some perks, maybe.

Landing is overrated.

The problem with Japanese tanks is that they are completely out-classed by our current tank set. They're the equivalent of driving around in an M8 in second gear so you don't get faster then 25mph. A neat idea but I don't even think they would find much use in scenario's let alone the MA.

Well I mean it is either have the actual tank or go around in an M4 or something trying ot replicate it.

And it would allow for more light tanks to be admitted into the game.
