Just use the screenshot key on your keyboard. It's the top third one from the right. This copies a picture of the screen in the clipboard in BMP format. Paste it in Paint and save as BMP, or JPG.

Alt-Screenshot will take a shot of the current selected window only instead of the whole screen, so it's most appropriate for what you want to do.

gunthr, straffo, would ytou mind if I send you a jpeg or two of what my processes list look like when AH is running. Maybe you could help diagnose my problem too? could you send me your e-mail addy's in a priv message so I can?

btw concerning your trouble I'm not sure that it's external.
As I've myself some stutter returning in AH after an Alt-Tab what I find strange is the fact that for you it last some minutes where I've it during 1/2 secondes max ...
