Having trouble registering at AHevents.org

I can't register to the AH events site. For some reason the Email verifacation fails. I recieve this message:

"Could not check this email: Please double-check: Needed for confirmation"

Does the events site not allow Email address' from Yahoo or Google?

I was planning to enter the Philippine Phandango to fly Ki-84s.
