True hacks are few and far between.  In three years, I have witnessed two incidents of unlimited bombs.

Regarding the Il-2, try shooting the cannons only.  It makes hitting gvs a lot easier.

This thread is going to get flamed real quickly methinks.

I very highly doubt that the IL2 driver was hacking. You need to understand the plane's gun package. The guy very likely had the dual 37mm cannons that can penetrate armor quite effectively. The IL2 driver would have been aiming above and into the top of your turret, thus killing the "pilot" in the turret and disabling it. Hell, even I might take one out for a spin to pop a few GVs once in a while.

IL2s are great tank busting machines and you should shoot them down as soon as you see one. Otherwise youll be spending more time brewing outdated coffee in the tower.
