just for your info, it took me 1/2 hour to find out if and which objects can be resupplied. and I already knew the answer, i just didn't know where to look. the help pages are not noob friendly.
just took your quest and timed myself .. took me less than 2 minutes from the time I read your above quote to the time I started posting my reply, and I seriously did not know where the answer was even, for I do not review or study this part of the game, like most squads and bomber flying players do to perfection....... I have never looked for this information myself that I can recall.....
I just went straight to the 1st HELP link under "Game Info" on the AH home Page
then clicked on :
