Fixed a bug that caused a crash if you tried to transmit with your microphone disconnected.
Made an adjustment to how external sounds scale to distance.
Adjusted various default sound effect levels.
Fixed an issue with the keymapper that caused the global keys not to show up.
Fixed an issue with films where cockpits weren't displaying correctly.
Fixed a terrain issue where different texture were not displaying.
Increased support for max sound devices from 16 to 64.
Voice transmit now highlights the applicable radio in the voice dialog box.
Hangar speed charts are displaying again.
