I can't find it in my DxDiag
Look at your DXDiag and scroll down until you see the Sound Devices section, it will look like below:

Driver Provider: CreativeThe bolded line,
Description will tell you the model of your sound card. The other bolded line,
Driver Provider will tell you the manufacturer. So in the example above, I am using a Creative X-Fi sound card.
You can also find out which sound card you have by looking in the Device Manager in Windows, in the Sound, Video and Game Controllers section.
To get to the Device Manager:
1. Right click on My Computer
2. Click on Properties
3. Click on the Hardware tab
4. Click on Device Manager
5. Scroll down to Sound, Video and Game Controllers and click on the + to expand the branch
