Losing Icon on eny at d600 to d800 in duel

ive always had the missing icon thing occasionaly but now its every sortie pretty much

Same here for the icon loss, very similar to the old one in the C205

I noticed it in the Spit VIII last night between 400 and 600 yards.

I've had it happen while in an A5, a 38J, a 51D, a Spit9, a F4U1A, and a F4U1D.

Things that can make an icon disappear.

1. The center of the target plane dropping behind a polygon.

     Occasionally we have a hidden polygon that is colidable hiding the plane,
     this would be very plane specific and always occur in the same spot.

2. Lots of planes in the same area.
    If the maximum is reached the most distant planes will show as dot's with no icons.
    Could be arena specific.


3. Planes below radar have a shorter Icon range.


4. Some times the icon goes below the terrain depending on your view point, and you can not see it.

If you see #1 please report the plane and what direction you were looking.

No it's happening in all planes and in every arena DA and all MA arena's

How many turn fights close quarter 600 to 800 rolling scissors have you been in, that's when I see it the most.
