Something else on your end, with your connection, how you're flying with the very different audio cues (or very unlikely, something unexpected in the code) is causing the problem - all of which means there's no "undo" button.
Without film of the events you are questioning, there's no way (for anyone) to even guess what might be causing it. Can you film it next time it happens, or post films of the questionable events that caused you to post?
