Mission Planner
« on: July 30, 2010, 01:37:01 PM »
My wish is for a new mission planning tool.  The latest release of AH has provided a great improvement in game play.   The hardening of the Vehicle Base has had a major impact on improved game play and with the changes of late in Radar limits 65 foot AGL has provided an improved response to the NOE missions.   The easy targets are no longer easy targets.   All these changes has given rise to a requirement for an improved mission planning tool.   One that would allow a mission planner to post one mission that provided for staggered departure times,  provided for multiple departure points, multiple flights, multiple routs, different altitudes , Named waypoints, IP’s and egress routs, target assignments by flight.  Currently you can provide multiple flights within one mission but the current mission planner does not allow enough mission information to be associated with each flight.

Old mission planner had this, would be great to have it back.

Old mission planner did have some of it, but not all of it.  You could not identify way points, or establish IP's by name.  But yes, the old planner was a better tool even with it's limits.
